How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $39 or more. $4.95 flat rate below that.
How long will my order take?
It depends on where the item ships from, and every product page shows its own estimate. Items from our US warehouses usually arrive in 5–12 business days. Items from our partner warehouse overseas usually arrive in 10–15 business days.
Why did my order arrive in more than one box?
Our products ship from more than one warehouse. Kits and multi-item orders can arrive in separate packages. You only pay shipping once.
Where do you ship?
The contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send instructions. See the returns page for details.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Products
Will it fit my car?
Each product page has a fit section with measurements. The two to measure first are the Back Seat Extender (54 × 25.6 in board) and the Frost Cover (about 61 × 47 in windshield panel). Is the Back Seat Extender a safety restraint?
No. It's a platform and seat cover. For restraint, use a crash-tested harness, crate or carrier, and skip long extension tethers. Read why.
Can I buy items from a kit on their own?
Yes. Every item in a kit is also sold separately.
