30-day returns
If something doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Email support@tidymile.store with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Packages sent without contacting us first can't be matched to an order.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Once we receive the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. In most cases you won't need to send the item back.
Kits
You can return a whole kit, or individual items from it. If you return part of a kit, we refund that item's share of the kit price.
Shipping costs
The original shipping charge isn't refundable unless the return is because of our mistake or a damaged or defective item.
