Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or, for the Back-Seat Extender, P.O. boxes.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $39 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $39: $4.95 flat-rate standard shipping.
How long it takes
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. After that, delivery time depends on where the item ships from. Each product page shows its own estimate:
- Ships from a US warehouse: usually 5–12 business days after you order.
- Ships from our partner warehouse overseas: usually 10–15 business days after you order.
Our products come from more than one warehouse, so an order with several items (including kits) may arrive in separate packages on different days. You only pay shipping once.
Tracking
We email a tracking number for each package as soon as it ships.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived 5 business days after the latest estimate on the product page, or it arrives damaged, email us at support@tidymile.store with your order number. We'll track it down and, if it's lost or damaged, send a replacement or refund you.
